      Pros

      Benefits. The company will pay for Ozempic & weight loss peptides. The whole office is on these weight loss drugs.

      Cons

      Very low pay. Do not be fooled, it is very hard to hit goal if you are in any sales department. It is hard to even earn $45K per year. The comp plan is not good compared to other sales jobs in the Phoenix valley. Recommend looking elsewhere and save yourself time. Also if you call in SICK, your voicemail to HR will be sent to the entire company so everyone can hear WHY you called out sick. Such a hazing practice, I am not even sure that is legal. Awful culture. I do not know how they got the award multiple years in a row of the Best Place to Work! Possibly given all the higher ups submitted the application and made everyone VOTE for Achieve to win. If you want a really low paying job but with great benefits, this is your place.
