Massive potential to be a powerhouse in manufacturing but unable to do so due to owner and upper management's mismanagement and lack of solid leadership and vision. Lack of preemptive machine maintenance schedules; run to failure and then fix it mentality. Too front office heavy and back room light along with too much micromanaging.
