Pros

Quiet environment, free coffee and fruit, can move internally among departments or other companies owned by Acosta, company events throughout the year helped with morale.

Cons

Recent management changed a lot of policies and cut back on expenses/allowances, lost lots of clients, lot of senior staff left, cut back on staff events. They wouldn’t hire new staff when many people left.
