      Pros

      Excellent job at prioritizing the employee needs and encouraging personal and professional growth. Everyone is approachable all the way to the top and happy to have open and honest conversations.

      Cons

      Limited mobility within programs/contracts and most 3 pl work is contract based so limited pay increase opportunity as well.

      Flexible schedule. Lots of engagement. Great teams. Plenty of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Minimal pay. Unfair benefits, as even employees on the same team can have more or less perks depending on the agency. Some receive bonuses, some receive remote-work compensation for utilities, etc. Livable wages should be just as important as an inclusive and diverse work environment. You are forced to learn as you go vs. a thorough training from the start. So many different proprietary systems to use, depending on the clients you assist.
