      Great clients and some good people

      Cons

      Leadership team creating a culture of getting your elbows out to be recognised and promoted. Doesn’t care about doing a good the right thing for the clients, only about making more money even if it means doing the wrong thing for the clients. No support from Acosta so tech is over promised and under delivered

      Some fantastic people work here but most are leaving Opportunity to network with good clients Reasonably flexible Ok benefits

      Cons

      General feel of business has changed and bullying now seems to be the norm Talk about culture but there is none, they say one thing and do another Terrible atmosphere Leadership is non existent Lack of pay rises and bonus for a number of years
