Cons
They have a system that no one in the company seems to be able to work. My district manager was wonderful, but above her, it was awful. They treat employees like slaves. When I was laid off, I was told on a conference call with 58 other people and the duration of the call was 7 minutes. Some guy, whom I did not know, read a script and it was so impersonal that I felt like a dog afterward and still do. Then, I get my final paycheck, and it is shorted by about 10 hours, and my vacation pay is shorted 14 hours. I call my DM, she calls HR, and I am told I need to email the payroll department. Do not take this job if you want recognition, or expect to be treated like a human with human feelings. Very sad.
