Random pop-ins to watch you work. Some days it’s 30 minutes and others it’s an hour. Usually about 3 a month. I think the company can do without this.

Low hourly pay. i hadn't been paying very close attention initially to the job became more trouble than it was worth.then I started double checking things. ....they were only paying me 1/2 of my hourly rate for all overtime hours. They NEVER paid my mileage correctly. Any incentives I worked hard to achieve took nearly a yr to pay out n they get taxed nearly in half. Honestly that's just the tip of the ice burg. I could go on n on...to the point where they wrongfully terminated me for contacting the labor board ONLY AFTER they illegally garnished my checks leaving me w bi-weekly net pay of $0.00 not once, 3 times and no one showed the slightest concern. HR just bounced me around pointing fingers at other depts
