Pros

Acosta has a very flexible hybrid/remote work policy and lots of flexibility in salary positions.

Cons

In 2025, Acosta cut their paid parental leave from six weeks to two weeks. I don’t know what kind of company is cutting benefits at this point in time, but an effort to save money by reducing parental leave is disgusting in my opinion. Not only did they cut the benefit, but they failed to notify anyone who had a current leave of absence planned, and also very quietly released the 2025 policy handbook with no callouts about changes that were made. The only significant change I could find was the reduction in paid parental leave. This is an extremely shady way to save money. Absolutely abysmal benefits. Insanely expensive healthcare through Blue Cross with family deductibles at $12k for the HDHP.

Pros

Great work-life balance, some great supervisors (some less than great)

Cons

Pay is ok, but lower than competitors. Supervisors are constantly shifting; I've had 7 in seven years
