Pros

I assure you there are absolutely none!!!

Cons

Mileage pay illegal, working every single day, no vacation, no sick days, no insurance, no full time, pay sucks, no reason to work hard never praised if you do an excellent job. Corporate doesn't care about employees. 200 people just lost their jobs due to restructuring and geographical reasons and the very same week they don't have enough people to cover the tasks loading it onto each one of us. We were forced to accept new conditions or be terminated without unemployment as they offered an unrealistic position, still they offerd a position. Told no one is full time but you work every day. Not to mention those of us that had/have another job are forced to quit the second job to be available at their beckon call. Hence forcing the ones of us that were self sufficient to rely on state assistance to survive. How is that fair? Save the company a dime but tie the hands of the people that make the company float.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Decent vacation, paid personal time and sick leave.

Cons

Poor pay. No real opportunity for advancement. No raises--amount you start at is where you stay. Constantly adding more clients and more tasks that add up to an unreasonable amount of work for the time given. Many clients not serviced or you are forced to fly through all the questions -- becomes a question answering job instead of any type of service. Most jobs are now part time to avoid paying benefits.
