Pros

Work from home, not micromanaged, regular team meetings and check-ins, great training and support from leadership

Cons

They could offer some more team-building opportunities and easier pathways for career advancement. Also, pay is not very competitive, but adequate for those new to the recruiting field.

Pros

I guess the overtime and they have great team members. I did get wrote up on a situation in July for an incident that happened in June. then in August they came at me again and fired me for the same incident in June AFTER THEY ALREADY wrote me up in July ..whatever I don't see how they can do that because it was the same incident

Cons

sending you far away from home when they are bringing others to your home area like where they're sending you to a place like 400 miles away.. while sending others to a set 20 miles from my home from where they 400 miles the other way instead of sending them they should keep everyone in their area and save Acosta money. crazy management had no clue where I lived or for that matter anyone on our team except her favorite friends . pay was ok but others hired on after you made more money they didn't care. its very hard to communicate with anyone especially HR don't do it its a scam big scam
