Pros

Monday thru Friday, steady hours and benefits for part time

Cons

No pay raise, hard time getting answers from managers, cannot grow with the company. Put a lot of miles on personal car and a lot of boxes showing up at your front door with little direction on what to do with it. Manger would boast about getting a bonus and we would see nothing in return for our hard work.

Pros

Great culture room for advancement. With acquisitions of various smaller sales and marketing companies such as Mosaic, Acosta continues to grow and grow. The IT department in Jacksonville FL was managed well and the software and project management teams continue to expand.

Cons

None about working at the headquarters in Jacksonville. But I have heard of issues with those who choose to work as retail service merchandisers.
