Training courses for personal/professional growth offered, friendly office atmosphere & supportive co-workers, good benefits options, company hires from within first when positions open.

Cons

Prior to the recent changes there was a (not bad, just dated) "old school" mentality. However under the new management team and recent changes I think many aspects of the company have and will continue to improve keeping them leaders in the industry.
