Pros
The girls in the office were very helpful, patient and nice. The job itself is very easy. The job pays low, but for what the job entails, it's industry standard and fair. It's very easy to advance in the company, if you are interested in the construction industry.
Cons
I was hired just as the company was bought out and it turned more corporate. You can definitely feel the tension amongst the staff who were so used to the family style ran company previously. I felt like everyone was always either walking on egg shelves and the management was being so micromanaging that the company culture was nonexistent (which I have been told was ok when it was a family ran company) The job itself was way too boring for me. I'm used to being in a strict deadline and fast paced environment that I spent most of the day finding things to do. It's easy to advance in the company, but that could be because the turnover is ridiculous, so they are always in need of filling positions.
