Great staff training and allocation. Given uniform. Lovely and inclusive work environment.

Pros

The products are amazing, genuinely high quality and a pleasure to work with. Interesting training sessions and strong on counter reference materials make for a good feeling about working the company.

Cons

Working on a concession and on commission you want to have all of your products available to the clients all the time. Sadly, the communication between department stores and head office led to lost sales consistently. Systems not as advanced as Estee Lauder group etc
