We are happy to see you were able to gain experience to add to your resume and work alongside a great team. We do value our team here and the positive culture we cultivate through team events, community involvement opportunities, and networking conferences! However, we are genuinely confused about the false information you experienced with our team. Since June 2020, we have improved our orientation and onboarding training. The mentioned issues you experienced would have been clearly covered in depth.
We will ensure our management team continues to foster the team environment we are known for and we consider a foundation of our success. We encourage communication to our management team regarding your concerns and hate that you did not feel comfortable communicating your issues.
