Teaches you a lot about face to face sales, good entry level sales job for anyone trying to get into sales.

Cons

Extremely long hours, terrible pay, they make you drive around a lot and not pay you for gas, sleazy business practices, manipulative and toxic work environment, and 0 benefits.

The amount of work that you put in is what you get out if it. Working with a company that encourages, challenges and holds you accountable not only in your professional but personal goals as well is rare. The growth structure makes sense if you're someone who isn't afraid to work hard for easy later in life.

Cons

Time-management if someone isn't willing to develop the skill. It is also performance based which can be a con for some people.
