Our meeting schedule was developed due to the feedback from our Corporate Trainers and our recent team members who were brought on board. As we continue to grow, we think it is important to over-communicate expectations and client information. However, our daily meetings typically last around 45-minutes. The pay structure is explained throughout the interview process and in the onboarding process. In addition, the commissions and bonuses are available to all our staff.
