Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. The work environment is 100% self motivating. You're constantly encouraged to be innovative and think big. Competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

You have to be self-motivated and hold yourself accountable. No one is going to follow behind you and make sure you do what you said you were going to do but it won't go unnoticed if you don't follow through.

The culture and atmosphere is amazing, everyone tries to help out if needed with anything; everyone wants you to do well to succeed. It's a fast pace opportunity for those who wants to grow and have a career in management

Cons

Also time management can be strict, it's one aspect that is taken seriously with employees.

Great company with a great group of people. I love coming to work everyday There is so much opportunity in the business as long as you work hard. Thankful for everything my manager has done to help me get to the point in my career. Thanks for pushing me and encouraging me to accomplish my goals.

Honestly if overcommunicating is bad to some people then that might be it.
