Pros

Great place to work with respectable managers and leaders. Advancement was very realistic with career commitment from the company. Acquisition from Accenture seems to have helped.

Cons

Benefits and raises didn't seem to follow a dependable structure that could have been relied on to accurately guage performance throughout the year.

Disfunctional management that is too quick to let good people go when there are gaps in workload.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Fun social events.

Cons

Could be a good company but doesn't typically have enough work and is quick to let great quality people and clients go when there are gaps in workload. There's little continuity and organization. Guess this is what you get when there are a bunch of geeks without management experience running things.

Pros

People are awesome, smart and willing to work hard. Salary & compensation is above average.

Cons

Travel isn't always the greatest (up to 100%). Management leaves you out on an "island" at the client sites and doesn't always have your back (in an attempt to keep the client happy).
