      Dynamic company with high goals. They have been growing very rapidly since 2010. They have collected an impressive list of successes.

      Cons

      Company relies heavily on consultants ability to travel. Many consultants are traveling more then 70% of the time.

      The people, the interesting projects, advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Company grew very quickly, resulting in some disorganization and constantly changing internal initiatives (organization of business units would change every year or so). This may have changed as the company was recently acquired by Accenture.
