Everyone I've met at Acquity has been approachable, talented, and easy to work with. Acquity's clients are almost all larger companies with significant web content or eCommerce challenges so the work is very exciting. As evidenced by the three-day new hire training and the company's use of internal metrics, Acquity is very organized.
Cons
The company culture is quite people-oriented but the amount of available metrics means that you do need to watch your personal numbers.
Acquity Group was a really wonderful place to work. The leadership team was extremely open to new ideas and ways of doing things, as a result, felt like I could really make a difference and an impact. A great place to work.
Cons
I was generally very happy, but one downfall is that there is no 401-k matching while I was there.
