      Pros

      The job is fullfilling, and satisfying. You learn a lot.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. She does not remember conversations from one minute to the next. She blames everything on everyone else. She takes no accountability. I you are not a member of her click, you won't be there long. She puts a target on your back and plays childish games until she finds a reason to let you go. If she cannot find a reason, she makes them up.

      Pros

      Flexible PTO policy; they have their name on the Steelers stadium.

      Cons

      Fire, Ready, Aim culture. They treat everyone like the broker they "acquire" and "integrate". Use them and then spit them back out. Senior leaders are being fired and hierd left and right for no rhyme or reason. Not even remotely close to being a Fintech. IPO continuously gets delayed.
