Helpful, positive, and supportive environment. The Executive Management team consists of dedicated, talented professionals sharing a common goal of providing excellent coverage and service to clients. They encourage employee engagement, are open to suggestions and work hard at providing a constructive and favorable work environment. Middle management and service personnel are always helpful and prioritize client needs. They all take a hands-on approach and work very well within their teams and others throughout the agency. The overall environment at Bender Insurance is a friendly atmosphere. After many years within the industry, this agency far exceeds personal expectations.
