      Pros

      My time at Acrisure has provided me with a huge depth of knowledge and experience in not only the insurance industry, but also exposure to the M&A process. Management is always available to support and train employees, and the culture is unlike most large companies. Teams collaborate and support each other.

      Cons

      The quick growth at Acrisure is unlike a lot of companies, all jobs require juggling a variety of tasks and at times it can be overwhelming. There isn't currently a lot of documentation for training but there is a team devoted to developing that.

      A phenomenal team who will share in every success. People here will go the extra mile to support you - there's an earnestness about Acrisure that simply isn't common in other organizations today.

      Cons

      Speed and pinpoint precision needed at all times - rewarding, but can be challenging
