Good benefits, decent pay, and a generally flat reporting structure, which makes initiatives a lot more productive than they are at other large brokers/carriers I’ve worked at, and allows for growth opportunities

Cons

It is a legacy insurance company: the tech is wildly outdated, it’s primarily male, primarily white, and it’s very profit/optics driven; which, is fine if all you really want from work is to clock in, clock out, and be generally uninspired by your work and its mission.
