Upper management is toxic

Pros

The staff is lovely to work with and the vacation time is generous. There are multiple avenues for self-enrichment and management is supportive.

Cons

Upper management is toxic beyond belief. They bicker like children in front of staffers and I've witnessed them make fun of other employees in public settings such as meetings. Upper management also promises promotions and never delivers. I know of no less than 5 staffers who have been promised promotions and repeatedly changed the delivery date / never delivered almost a year later.
