Pros

Pay is decent for the area

Cons

If you want to be micromanaged, work in an atmosphere where people don’t bother saying good morning unless you’re buddies with them, and literally have someone watching your every move, this is the place for you. If you are a competent professional who works well collaborating with a team, brings new ideas to the table, likes a friendly culture, and being treated respectfully.... keep looking. This is not the place for you.

We are disappointed to read this comment as Acrisure prides itself on collaboration and Partnership, two key attributes which have guided our company, people and Agency Partners to historic growth. As we've stated in responses to positive and constructive comments alike, we are committed to improving as an organization and dedicated to putting our people in situations to be successful.

Pros

Acrisure values the employees by providing great benefits and pay. Most employees have positive attitude and are great to work along with. Acrisure will provide education and training to assist you in growing within the company.

Cons

The CEO is not at all interested in getting to know his employees. Promotions and job stability are ultimately earned through favoritism. Lack of communication within teams. Management is very quick to lie or bribe to hush hush any type of issue or situation just to come out on top. Cohorts quick to point fingers instead of team work.

Thanks for the great feedback about the autonomy, financial upside, and culture that Agency Partners and their employees enjoy when joining Acrisure. As for snacks…what did you have in mind? We can pass it along.
