Some of the people were nice. Compensation was good, benefits were not.

Cons

Look up the definition of hostile work environment and you’ll understand what it’s like to work here. The cultural problems this company is up against will take years to fix. Lacking vision and strategy. Organizational structure is weak and senior management doesn’t trust the downline. Got to the point where I hated going into the office, and feared retaliation. Glad I left when I did.

Coming on board to Acruisure has been great. My team is positive and though there are growing plans, they have equipped me to hit the ground running and make a difference. Great benefits, Great PTO plan,

Cons

There are a lot of "Negative Nancy's" in the building who are quick to talk down, point fingers, or just complain. The company is in the midst of great transition which means growing pains will come. People are quick to forget just because we don't work in the same department, doesn't mean we are not connect. Our paychecks all say Acruisure
