Pros
This will be my first review I write, out of all the other jobs I’ve ever had in my life. Out of all my years of acquiring growth and development in my past jobs, I felt the sense of being able to work my magic at this welcoming “family -staff” type of environment. Everyone just makes it so easy and inviting to acquire the help you need. It has almost been a month of my employment with Bender Insurance Agency, and I have never been more excited to start my day at a work-environment. The energy is authentically pure and drama free which is HUGE plus. Ever since I walked in threw the doors of the office, for the interview, I built such a great connection with my team member right away. I knew this company is my calling; I’ve felt it since day 1! - Dress down Fridays - Generous snack/water supply - Easy to focus on tasks - Great benefits - Excellent staff/team - Educational growth comes to you fast if you’re willing to learn.
Cons
Lets be real here, where else will you find a work-environment that actually cares about you the way my team at Bender Insurance Agency do? Definitely have no complaints what-so-ever.
