Pros
Acrisure is growing quickly, this has been a great place to grow myself, both professionally and personally.
Cons
With the high growth rate, there are growing pains, I don’t see this as necessarily a negative, but there are some employees who do not see the vision or have the drive that Acrisure needs right now. This can be irritating to others that do have the drive to help Acrisure succeed. All in all the only con is lack of employee drive.
