The job is fullfilling, and satisfying. You learn a lot.
Cons
The management is terrible. She does not remember conversations from one minute to the next. She blames everything on everyone else. She takes no accountability. I you are not a member of her click, you won't be there long. She puts a target on your back and plays childish games until she finds a reason to let you go. If she cannot find a reason, she makes them up.
