Pros

“Unlimited PTO” with limitations. You’ll need lots of time away from this company. Remote work is a plus as I wouldn’t want to work in their offices.

Cons

Low pay, heavy workloads with no assistance, tons of meetings, and extreme micromanagement. Can’t wait to escape!

Pros

Very faced-paced, engaging work. I also worked around some of the finest people in the health insurance industry during my time hear. The people were easily the best part of my time here. The salary was extremely competitive as well. Isignificantly increased my compensation compared to my job before this. I also had the option to work from home, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

As great as the pros I experienced were, my voluntary departure from the company felt completely bungled, impersonal, and just downright gross with how I was treated after resigning. After giving my two-weeks notice, I was let go two days later without warning and any further pay. And right before Christmas, no less. I gave them professional courtesy, only to feel disregarded and kicked to the curb. I depended on that income, and despite my pleas to my supervisor and HR, they more or less said, "too bad, this decision is final ." I understand how "at-will" employment works, but the whole thing felt very unprofessional. Had I known that was how my termination process would be handled, I would NOT have given my two-weeks notice and instead would have opted to quit on the spot. So incredibly disappointing. On top of that, on my last day, I was told I would be contacted by HR to have any final questions answered and to have my exit interview. Neither of these things happened. I wasn't able to speak with someone until after my termination was finalized, which was incredibly stressful as I had no idea how my final benefits would be, what pay I was owed, and other matters I wanted to discuss since I was so blindsided. If you work here or are looking to work here, know it is, in fact, a great company. However, buyer beware, if you are an at-will employee, you may be instantly discarded if you decide to leave and work elsewhere. Based on how my time ended at the company, I would recommend something other than considering Acrisure for a place of employment.

Pros

Compared to a privately owned insurance brokerage firm, there were none.

Cons

Terrible leadership, over promises of technology access, toxic culture.
