Remote *while there was in the process of getting more people to work in the office People I assisted were always generous Workload was fair Staff/trainees were super helpful and kind, in addition great team.

Cons

I was a contractor and was let go with less than an hours notice. I also missed the meeting I had with them where they would inform so when I came back from lunch wasn't able to login to anything. Luckily I had the number to one of my colleagues and I was able to get a hold of somebody through those channels. That being said I didn't get to say goodbye to some of my coworkers. * I'm in IT though so for security purposes I understand.

Flex PTO, Hybrid work schedule, decent pay depending on who you work for. Company name recognition by other companies

Cons

Leadership, minimal raises, poor bonuses, no promotions, you have to apply advance, constant changes in structure, mediocre benefits, for a “fintech” company, horrible equipment, zero room for growth. Too many managers. ZERO COMPANY CULTURE AND MORALE

I spent my last few months getting bullied by my manager who was talking behind my back about me to other coworkers. Completely unprofessional. The upper management also drove my team into the ground by allowing below average performance and rewarding those who shut their mouths and accepted the horrible mismanagement of our team. I have never experienced 1) such trauma/bullying and 2) such low quality work in a workplace during my entire career.
