      Mass Lay Offs to Pursuit Faulty AI

      Pros

      You get paid and you get the bare minimum benefits required by law

      Cons

      You will be assigned more work than you are paid to handle, consistently. Then you will be asked to help train AI to replace you. Then you will be laid off. I was a loyal employee for 6 years and am soon to be without a job even though their AI model that has been tested for 2 years is still not performing.

      The agency that was bought out by Acrisure was ran well.

      Cons

      Once Acrisure bought our agency, changes occurred that were not respectful. They hired anyone who would apply for management roles to lead multi states. Ultracrepidarian type of management trying to act the part but was in way over their head. Rules applied to myself but not to others.
