The culture was amazing at one time. There are still good people that work there.

Cons

C-suite are just choppers. They like to pretend they are caring about you and your position. But it’s very much a what’s in it for me attitude. The change is chaos and not managed well. Lots of people in positions due to who they know versus their real credentials.

Too much change, no set in stone procedures. Feels like everyone is on a different page. So much change that time is wasted every single day.
