      Great place to work! Very friendly, family environment. Management truly cares for their employees and goes above and beyond to accommodate them and makes sure everyone is happy. A very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

      I really cant think of any pros to mention

      Totally mismanaged. They do not care about their employees or clients!. The bought out our agency years ago and its just gone down hill since. The new procedures are ridiculous! With them its all about the money! They just don't care. Management is a total joke! They have all these adds on numerous job boards yet they just laid off numerous assistants so the work load that is already overwhelming is going to be outrageous. Do not work here! Run for the hills!!

      Poor leadership at local office level, no clear overall business direction, management is not trained. Overall toxic culture, bullying and workforce retaliation, No opportunity for advancement or resources.
