What's more important than the bottom line?

-Competent and skilled teammates -Really trying to innovate with technology -Change is good for the industry and the company, and there's a lot of change

Cons

-Change is not great for people, and there is a lot of change (layoffs) -Community in the office is not very tight, since most employees are newish. -Top heavy organization. -Get ready for a lot of meetings that amount to nothing.
