Pros

•Work from home/ hybrid available

Cons

•Poor training - employees are constantly confused and frustrated •Upper management has no idea what's going on - some don't even have tech backgrounds and I have no idea how they got these roles. •Has a reputation of immediately terminating employees after they put in resignation •Laid off hundreds of workers for an AI program that doesn't even work

Easy work if you’ve been in the position long enough. Clear guidelines for the most part. Open door policy for bringing concerns to leadership.

Cons

A lot of transition and uncertainty to future of role. No clear path for advancement of career. Low pay visibility.
