Pros

Newer upper management brought from outside was great.

Cons

Too much change happening and losing what made the company great to work for.

Pros

Not much so far. They do have many options for training.

Cons

They don't communicate well with the regions. Their way of getting agencies added to Acrisure is a complete mess. Hours of training are required and they ask for even more trainingto be added on even thought they know the employees will be in all day classes. The head office has already set up 2 other regions yet they still have many issues getting employees/agencies on-boarding.

Pros

Decently easy to get employed

Cons

High turnover, very little real growth opportunity. You’ll get a COLA every year and they’ll slap a number behind your title and call it a promotion.
