Pros

Benefits and it’s a job

Cons

Poor Management. Cliques and favoritism. As long as you can juggle the insane load of work dumped on you without any increase in pay, you’ll be fine,

Limitless Growth Opportunity

Pros

Heavy investment into Fintech and building a sustainable future for the company. Large, global employer with solid benefits Unlimited PTO and Flexible work life balance (at least on my team) Opportunity to contribute in big ways- build the foundation of what's to come for the company. I see unlimited growth opportunities for my career here.

Cons

Grew too quickly by acquisition without stopping to align and level set. We're currently working to become 'one' Acrisure from hundreds of acquired, smaller agencies. This can cause growing pains and confusion as the business works to standardize and streamline under one business. RTO - big push but it doesn't quite make sense to me.
