Small agency I was employed with joined Acrisure .. Worst move ever!!! I truly enjoyed my career while working for a small agency, but once they merged into Acrisure it has been so disappointing. The Acrisure culture is not employee or client friendly.

- Very political | No formal year end process | No formal wage increases or bonus (all dependent on leaders opinions about you) - Little support in DEI - Choatic and broken processes - HR Leadership changes (CHRO left last year, six leaders didn't make decisions, now a contract for hire CHRO) - Took 8 months to get report access to the HR System - No formal data governance, data strategy, data dictionary, Workday training. - No working data structure. Current "Data Analytics" are mainly excel spreadsheets even though they have a data lake and visualization tool. Could not get IT to allow for proper data analytics.

No additional perks and benefits that likely can't be found with another major company, No additional incentives outside of one annual bonus that is on the smaller size compared to others.

No transparent communication, too many meetings with no progress in changes needed, very low employee moral, lack of emphasis on employee happiness and benefits,
