Pros

The company has a nice building with free parking (not necessarily close by), and some areas of the organization are stable and have a great vibe. There are a lot of great people who work there - very smart and hard working. There are some fun things to do sometimes, and volunteer time you can use to volunteer. Hybrid schedule is currently 4 days in, 1 day remote. I liked my job there until I got reorganized out.

Cons

Some areas of the company have huge turnover (in leadership and staff) which is frustrating. Thee company is in the process of a major reorganization (they do this often because "change is constant" they say). Lots of people are being let go (Q1 2025) and told they can apply for other positions at the organization. It's like musical chairs - there won't be enough chairs in the end. Don't go here unless you enjoy finding a new job when you're not expecting to. A lot of people are uneasy about losing their jobs and looking elsewhere.
