Treat you well and want you to use your personal time

Cons

They only pay they’re favorites well and higher ups struggle to understand what other departments do and refuse to put the base pay equal around the company

Pros

I could not be happier about making the decision to come to Acrisure. The rate of growth is impressive. They have had job openings during the entire pandemic and while some of it is due to employees leaving, the majority is due to new positions being created. People that seek and work to get promotions are seeing them within a year and while I know that may not be permanent, they are very much about promoting within. Prior to Acrisure, I worked at a company for 5 years, without a promotion. That's not a thing at Acrisure. The entire team is just incredibly helpful and in Reg Affairs, the culture is definitely a result of the leaders running the departments.

Cons

It is not slow paced. If you are looking for a job where you can just come in and not be pushed and challenged, this is not the place. The expectations are high but not unachievable. The leaders want you to and need you to grow quickly to keep up. You will be put out of your comfort zone and that is not for everyone. The growing pains are real and can be seen often, this requires a ton of flexibility from everyone.
