Pros

I would say health benefits.

Cons

Working for this company was an incredibly disappointing experience. Even if you worked tirelessly, hit your numbers, and exceeded expectations, it was never enough. The leadership is entirely focused on their IPO and driven by Greg Williams’ greed, with zero regard for the well-being of employees or the culture they’ve created. The company operates under a dictatorship-style leadership, where decisions are made from the top down, leaving employees with no voice or opportunity for meaningful growth. The corporate culture is toxic, to say the least—one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Management makes no effort to engage with employees, recognize their value, or foster a collaborative environment. Instead, it’s all about exploiting talent for their bottom line. Promotions are nonexistent, even for those who consistently prove themselves. The focus is entirely on growing the company for their own gain, not on supporting or investing in the people who drive that growth. This company is a prime example of corporate greed at its finest—cold, calculated, and indifferent to the very people who are responsible for its success. If you’re considering working here, look elsewhere. Find a place where your efforts will be appreciated, your voice will be heard, and your hard work will be rewarded. This company will only drain your energy while giving nothing in return. Garbage culture, oppressive leadership, and unchecked greed will eventually lead this company to its downfall. It’s only a matter of time.
