      Extreme workloads, unrealistic expectations of staff, under staffed, lack of leadership, lack of staff support , expected overtime without compensation, micro management, disgruntled staff, SR. Management is disengaged from procedures, processes, and day to day office environment, closed door policy, does not keep staff abreast of company changes in addition to unsupervised and lax accountability requirements in departmental management.

      Pros

      Great group of people. Management provides the tools needed to grow in this industry and encourages their employees to do so. They are always right by your side and happy to help anyway they can. They are very good about showing appreciation toward their employees, and rewarding them for their hard work. Very generous PTO time as they feel very strongly about work/life balance. It is a great workplace, great people, and you feel like you are part of a family.

      Cons

      You will never find yourself bored, which is common in this industry and not a bad thing at all.
