-Great work life balance -Really smart and kind peers who will push you to learn and develop -Interesting projects and challenges to solve -Entrepreneurial -Unlimited PTO and decent benefits The best place I've worked in a long time. I am happy to come to work every day because I know every day will bring something new and I am surrounded by a team that wants to do their very best and work together. Really smart senior leadership who understand what's going on and are very supportive.

Cons

Probably not an environment for everyone- from what I've observed everyone needs to roll up their sleeves and be relatively hands on.
