Pros

Good benefits. Stability. Strong technology.

Cons

Poor integration of partners - operates in silos. Doesn’t take opinions of those on the ground into consideration.

Pros

Not much so far. They do have many options for training.

Cons

They don't communicate well with the regions. Their way of getting agencies added to Acrisure is a complete mess. Hours of training are required and they ask for even more trainingto be added on even thought they know the employees will be in all day classes. The head office has already set up 2 other regions yet they still have many issues getting employees/agencies on-boarding.

Pros

Not a lot of insurance jobs (sales, csr, admin) offer benefits like 401Ks, health insurance, work from home, etc - Acrisure does.

Cons

With big co come big co problems. Too many teams meetings, a lot of communication but not enough problem solving. Lots of chiefs but not enough indians.
