Great group of people at my old agency that was bought by Acrisure

Cons

Slow processing. Gone are the days of working with my colleagues to resolve any problems or rushes. Now it just slowly works way through a corporate maze of escalating issues many times until you get help or an answer. Gone are the days of a quick response for our clients.

“Unlimited PTO” with limitations. You’ll need lots of time away from this company. Remote work is a plus as I wouldn’t want to work in their offices.

Cons

Low pay, heavy workloads with no assistance, tons of meetings, and extreme micromanagement. Can’t wait to escape!
