Pros

ok pay Quiet nice office Hybrid

Cons

Unprofessional behavior from management, they have employees spy on others then Report back and send passive aggressive public emails to the entire office to shame you for mistakes instead of speaking to you privately.

Pros

Nice office facilities and people are friendly. Benefits are great.

Cons

Managers and HR don’t offer the benefit of the doubt, they decide what they think of you and run with it. There is no support or time to improve and they don’t give you the resources to help you learn, they expect you to figure it out how they want it to be done and reprimand you if you don’t, weeks or months later after the fact. Rather than tell you what you’re doing is on the wrong path, the same day or week. Though they won’t communicate what they would like. Management also went you to act the same as them, other approaches don’t work. Training is non-existent, they won’t tell you what you need to know but you will be blamed for not knowing what you don't know. The culture is confusing, it’s very informal, you hear senior leaders swear frequently and make inappropriate jokes but they also want everyone else to be tightlipped and professional.
