Pros

The team members that I work with are awesome! With working in Home Office, the amenities are awesome! Free coffee and flavored sparkling water, an abundance of meeting rooms, and a business casual dress code all make it a great overall environment to work in. I also would like to highlight that home office also has a variety of events that happen throughout the months as well such as Popcorn Thursday! I'll also highlight that pay is fair for the role as well! Haven't been through an annual review cycle yet so hoping that that portion of the house is great as well!

Cons

Lots of shifting priorities within various lines of business can make getting our job done hard. With time that will subside just as with any business, but it's worth a callout here.

The benefits were excellent, C-Suite management was great and there was a nice work-life balance

Cons

A lot of work loaded on without support, unrealistic expectation for task completion deadlines.
